You need to clink on the order form link and follow the directions on the link page completely. If you are ordering a custom wetsuit, then you also need to print out the measurement form and fill that out as well. Both forms are linked to as downloadable files so that you can print them and fax them to us. You can also fill out the forms and then scan them into a computer file and email them back to us. In either case you should receive a confirmation that we received your order via phone and / or email.
Right here! We have a few options for you, but our most popular and our favorite is the Titex Plush (TPlush). It is commonly used in all three of our thicknesses. It is a neoprene with titanium added to both sides of it. The inside lining is a plush terry that slides on and off very easily. The exterior is a Nylon that is available in Black, Royal, Violet, Key Lime, and Sunnie.
Another popular selection is the Nylon2 for our warm water customers. It is a 2.5mm or 3.0mm thickness neoprene that has nylon on both sides. It is also available in all five of our colors. Occasionally we are able to get additional colors in this material.
We are located in beautiful Southern California. To be more specific in the county of Orange. We removed our address because we requested that all visits be scheduled by appointment. However, many locals just came by without an appointment. Normally we don't mind when someone stops by and catches us in the office. However, many people were quite upset that they drove all the way over to our shop and the door was locked in the middle of the day. We are not always open on the weekends and during the week we are out and about promoting our wetsuits. So, if you don't make an appointment we may not be there.
Another reason is that you may interrupt someone else's appointment. Our customers deserve our full attention when they arrive for their appointment and we respect their patronage and patience.

Once we have received your order and confirmed it, we will ship your product within 3-5 business days in our off season (Oct. thru Feb.) and 5-10 business days during the main busy season (Mar. thru Sept.)
If you need your products right away then let us know. We may be able to speed things up for you.
